Working as a Senior Executive, Ania Jakubowski relates her daily leadership practices to the areas of speaking, training, consulting and mentoring to bring fresh perspective, reflection and inspiration to encourage a more human approach to leadership and a more sustainable approach to how organizations deliver their bottom line. She has connected with diverse organizations and audiences from the Far East to the Middle East, from the northern tip of Europe to the south edges of the African continent, as well as her native North America.
Ania draws from her experience working for consumer good ‘giants’ Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, The Coca-Cola Company and Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits. Most recently she has also ventured into entrepreneurship; co-founding and investing in an innovative medical practice. She currently serves as a Supervisory Board Member of Bank Millennium S.A.
As a business practitioner, she also draws from learning and experience outside of the ‘corporate walls’, given her extensive community contributions. She is engaged in thought leadership at the Board level with industry associations. As well, a highly sought after mentor and advisor to educational, empowerment and social enterprise initiatives like the Hult Prize Foundation, Social Wolves – Exempt from Theory, the Global Shapers – Mentor4Starters program. For her contributions to talent development in young leaders she was recognized and awarded in 2016 with a “Charismatic Woman – Business and Social Enterprise Award” from Why Story Polska, and in 2011 with the “World of Di erence 100 Award” – from The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) for her contributions to women’s empowerment.
