On 1 July, the Polish Canadian Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure of hosting another of the PCCC Energy Circle, bringing together our member companies and invited external stakeholders for an engaging discussion on the future of Poland’s energy sector.
This edition focused on Local Content in the Energy Sector and provided an excellent opportunity to exchange perspectives on how local content policies are being implemented in practice, what challenges remain, and how stronger cooperation between industry, investors, government and international partners can further support the development of the sector.
The discussion was expertly moderated by Monika Silva, Deputy Director of the IGEOS (Polish Chamber of Economic Development of Environmental Protection), whose insightful guidance fostered an open, dynamic and highly substantive exchange of views.
Nearly 30 experts representing government institutions, investors, energy industry, consulting firms, law firms, and the Polish and Canadian business communities gathered around the table. As always, the conversation proved so engaging that the scheduled time was simply not enough.
A sincere thank you to all our member companies and guests for sharing your expertise, experience and valuable perspectives:
