On behalf of PCCC Patron KKG Legal Kubas Kos Gałkowski we would like to invite everyone interested to the webinar dedicated to management board members and managerial personnel:

“Decisions under pressure: how can the Business Judgment Rule protect you?”

25 June 2025  | at 10:00-11:15 | online | attendance free of charge | Polish language

In the era of dynamic market changes and growing expectations towards management boards, the ability to make brave yet justified decisions becomes crucial.

The Business Judgment Rule allows taking actions without a fear of unjustified liability – only if decisions are made with due care, in good faith and in the best interests of the company.

During the webinar, the following will be discussed, i.e.:

terms limiting the liability of management board members,

good practice in documenting the decision-making process,

standards that are worth introducing to the company,

manners of implementing a culture of responsible risk-taking.

The webinar will be hosted by experts from KKG Legal:

Grzegorz Pobożniak – partner

Michał Wszołek – senior associate

Michał Popera – associate

➡️ The registration is open until 23 June 2025 – the number of participants is limited
