It was a pleasure to join this year’s Canada Day celebration hosted by the Embassy of Canada in cooperation with the Polish Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
In what was also her farewell Canada Day address, Ambassador Catherine Godin highlighted the strength of Canada–Poland relations and the continued growth of our partnership across trade, investment, and people-to-people ties. Her remarks were echoed by Poland’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wladyslaw T. Bartoszewski, who reaffirmed the importance of the strong bilateral relationship.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see so many members of the Polish Canadian Chamber of Commerce together, celebrating the friendship and growing partnership between Canada and Poland.
