PCCC at MSPO Kielce_September 3-6

The PCCC, along with its Board Members Bernhard L. Otterstein and George Havaris and member companies, proudly participated in MSPO Kielce 2024, Central and Eastern Europe’s largest defence and security expo. The event featured 46 Canadian companies showcasing cutting-edge solutions, with robust participation from international stakeholders, including Poland, Ukraine, and other CEE countries.
PCCC’s presence, in collaboration with Embassy of Canada to Poland, facilitated numerous high-level discussions and B2B meetings, reinforcing Canada’s partnerships in the region. Notably, discussions centered on defence cooperation with Polish companies such as Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and WB Group, further strengthening ties and exploring future collaborations.
MSPO 2024 marked a significant opportunity for PCCC and its members to engage with key players, contributing to the ongoing growth of Polish-Canadian business relations in the defence sector.

RECENT POSTS

Bernhard Otterstein was born and educated in Vancouver, Canada, where he graduated with honours from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. He has worked with numerous corporate, governmental, and institutional entities in North America, Europe and Asia in the areas of economic analysis, strategic project and investment planning, new market development, as well as cross-cultural communications. He has been directly involved in projects in the fields of real estate, engineering, energy, biotechnology and IT/telecommunications.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Otterstein has gained first-hand experience in identifying and promoting innovative, emerging technologies and related business opportunities, taking them from early stage to market via private equity investment and the active co-management of several start-up ventures.
