Congress 590 (21-23 October) online

Kongres 590 will be held entirely virtually

All scheduled Congress debates will be held in the hybrid formula. Discussion panels will be broadcasted in TV quality from Studio 590 and the advanced Lokkarto platform will enable meetings and presentations of partners in the virtual exhibition hall. Online tickets are also on sale right now.

“We were prepared for such a scenario from the beginning, assuming a high probability of the second wave of cases this fall. So the current situation is not a surprise to us. We will meet remotely to not endanger the health of our guests.” – says Remigiusz Kopoczek, President of Kongres 590.

The presentations and debates will be carried out in the form of a professional broadcast from the dedicated Studio 590 in Warsaw. Participants of debates will meet in safe  conditions, without the participation of the audience.

“As we announced, we dynamically react to every change of situation. Safety is a priority. Our speakers and business partners also expect this.” – explains President Kopoczek.

Kongres 590 ticket holders will have full access to the Lokkarto platform. Through it, they can take part in debates, visit virtual stands of the Kongres 590 partners and arrange remote, individual networking meetings. Dedicated meeting rooms will allow users to talk to other participants of the event and exhibitors, in addition to virtual stands, there will be also a chance to distribute “digital” gifts.

“Responsibility – this is the main virtue that guided us when we created Lokkarto. We knew from the beginning that a modern event must have an advanced online solution. It should be closely related to stationary events, and if necessary – effectively replace it. Thanks to Lokkarto, we can carry out our event fully virtually, without giving up any important element of the program.” – says Łukasz Gontarek, Vice President of Kongres 590.

The decision was made in agreement with the authorities of the Podkarpackie voivodeship.

“The situation is extraordinary. But we also see it as a chance. The network gives us the opportunity to increase the range. Kongres 590 remains an event related to the Podkarpackie region and will return to our G2A Arena Exhibition and Congress Center in Jasionka as soon as it is possible. The hybrid version will also feature local accents. These days, symbolically each participant of Kongres 590 will be in Podkarpackie voivodeship with thoughts.” – said Voivode Władysław Ortyl.

Virtual panels will be broadcasted in streaming rooms holding the names of the most picturesque places in Bieszczady and Beskidy mountains, and the voivodeship authorities will take part in planned events.

“We have been visiting Podkarpackie region for four years, it is time to host the region in Warsaw. At the same time, thanks to the remote formula, even more people will get to know the Kongres 590 and its relationship with Rzeszów. It will pay off now and in the future.” – says Remigiusz Kopoczek.

The fifth edition of Kongres 590 will be held on October 21-23 this year.  Also this year, the participants of the event will have nearly 125 activities about economic development and the vision of Poland in 10 years. The event will be held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, who announced his participation. Apart from the president, guests will include Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, Minister of State Assets Jacek Sasin, representatives of the government, local governments, non-governmental organizations, state treasury, and business companies.

Tickets can be purchased through the Kongres 590 website.

We constantly publish updated information on the website (kongres590.pl), Twitter (twitter.com/Kongres590) and Facebook (facebook.com/Kongres590).
